How does the preparation process work?

home. Simply click CONTACT US and send an email that includes your name, phone # and
a good time to reach you. An interviewer will contact you for a phone interview and
arrangements for submitting your W2 information. Once all information is received, your
tax package will be completed and you will be notified of the results, at which time your
approval to submit and full payment will be required. Your returns will then be submitted via
e-file and a hardcopy or PDF file of the returns and supporting documents will be delivered
to you.
