Process Improvement - Led a problem solving team examine
billing concerns. Team successfully met customer goal
of 5 day billing, down from 20 days avg.

Collection - Proven track record of (consistently maintaining past
due levels below industry (automotive) averages.

Audit & Reconciliation - Reduced client's Unclaimed Property
liability from $2.7 mil to $135K.  

Records Management - Set up chart of accounts, organized
and categorized three years of receipts for each of client's
three business entities, then brought sales tax
and income tax filings up to date.

My name is Debra Love and I am the
founder of D Love Consulting, LLC
(DLC). I have more than twenty years
experience in various areas of administrative
accounting support functions.  So  I know
the importance of time management, meeting
deadlines, and excellence in customer
service.   

My project experience includes internal
auditing, multi-million $$ collection
projects, bookkeeping, reconciliation, sales
tax resolve, tax compliance project, and
individual tax preparation assistance.  

My mindset is to always be in a state of
learning so that I can give my clients the
very best. I have a Bachelors degree in
Business Management and an MBA in
Accounting. I have excellent analytical,
problem solving and customer service skills
and I am also an Excel Specialist.
